Ms. Farone practices primarily in the areas of complex commercial and general litigation, employment law, premises liability, and construction law. Her experience includes motion and brief drafting, fact investigation, deposition preparation, and contract drafting.
Ms. Farone received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2017, where she graduated magna cum laude and a member of the Order of the Coif. At Pitt she served as the Senior Articles Editor of the Pitt Law Review and a Paper Chase Senior Editor with JURIST International Legal News Service. She was appointed the Derrick A. Bell Fund for Excellence Student Research Fellow, and worked closely with Professor Jasmine Gonzales-Rose to develop and edit a highly-placed, groundbreaking law review article applying Critical Race Theory to the field of Evidence Law. She served as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Analysis and Writing for first year law students during her second and third years at Pitt. Ms. Farone earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for her academic accomplishments in the courses of Commercial Transactions, Employment Discrimination, Legal Analysis and Writing, and Spanish for Lawyers.
Ms. Farone graduated summa cum laude from Baldwin Wallace University in 2014 where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in English with a double minor in Political Science and Legal Studies. While at BW, she served as a course assistant, Junior and Senior Class Officer, Chief News Editor of the Exponent Newspaper, and President of the Newman Catholic Organization. She also studied abroad in Italy, Germany, France, and England through the Seminar in Europe program.
Admitted to practice in the state of Pennsylvania, Ms. Farone is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association. She resides with her husband in Sewickley.
